WHAT AGE GROUP IS THIS PROGRAM SUITABLE FOR?

Prime Active is best suited for people aged 55+ If you would like to participate in the program and are outside this age range, please contact Penelope to discuss whether Prime Active is suitable for you.

WHAT IF I HAVE INJURIES OR ILLNESSES?

As a qualified fitness instructor, I can help you find an appropriate exercise program. You will be asked to complete a pre-exercise questionnaire for your own safety. For significant injuries or medical condition/s, I may ask that you obtain a medical certificate. The Prime Active classes also feature variations of every exercise to help older adults of any fitness level and ability enjoy working out.

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?

All equipment is supplied.

You only need to bring a Yoga/ exercise mat along to each class.

HOW DO I KNOW PRIME ACTIVE CLASSES WOULD BE RIGHT FOR ME?

Prime Active classes are right for you if you:

* You are ready to improve your mental focus, attention, clarity, memory, co-ordination, fitness, strength, flexibility and balance all in a 50 minute class

* You struggle to maintain a healthy lifestyle

* You can’t seem to keep a consistent exercise routine

* You feel too unfit, too old, uncoordinated or lack the motivation to change your health

* You lack energy or feel tired easily

* You are looking for a workout that helps you live your life to the fullest.

WHAT FITNESS LEVEL DO I NEED TO BE AT?

Prime Active caters for all fitness and strength levels, so whether youre fit or not, you will benefit from being part of this program. Exercise alternatives are also included in the exercise instructions and guidelines. If you have an injury or medical concern that precludes a certain exercise; appropriate alternatives will be demonstrated.
